How To Volunteer

To apply for membership in the Central Texas area or in The Woodlands/Houston area,
please do the following:

1. Read the Requirements Page on our website.

2. Call (512) 347-1984 for pre-screening. Pre-screening is done only by phone.

3. Make advanced reservations for the Qualifying and Training Class.

Reservations are required and should be made at least two weeks before the class.

No walk-ins will be accepted at the class.

Attendance at the Qualifying/Training Class with your pet is mandatory

Class dates and location maps are shown below.

TPPT Qualifying and Training Class

Please bring the following to class:

1. A copy of your pet’s medical records that we can keep.

2. Registration fee of $20.00 – Cash or check only – We do not accept credit cards.

3. Your dog on a 3-4 foot leash – no flexi-leads, choke chains or prong collars.

Please, DO NOT bring dog treats to class.

January 18^th.......Phone pre-screening and reservations begin Dec. 1^st, 2011
April 18^th............Phone pre-screening and reservations begin March 1^st
July 18^th.............Phone pre-screening and reservations begin June 1^st
October 17^th.......Phone pre-screening and reservations begin Sept.1^st
